fianally started something. thought id play with some text again. realise more and more how much i dislike it but i had to start somewhere! its taken me a while to get any inspiration for this project so ive decided not to think too hard and just do.

i heard that it was a huge success and lots of money was made for charity :) which maked me feel all fuzzy :D

THE BIG INK is a charity fundraising event for Macmillan Cancer Support, lots of illustrators and artists, both students and well established professionals are donating work to be sold off and hopefully will raise lots of money for the Macmillan cancer support group :)

this is one of the pieces that i donated and hopefully someone will care enough for him to buy him and make lots of money for a very good cause!

the event is being held at the Amersham Arms (address above) from friday the 12th to sunday the 14th of june :)

get on down there if you can, unfortunately im at download festival!!! i wish i could have seen everything go off!

well ! a little lady called kimberley once told me that when you upload something you should make sure it is RGB not CYMK, which is where i was going wrong. i thought CYMK was best but turns out thats just for printing and stuff. useful she is! so hopefully this one wont be funny coloured like it was!

brilliant!! my uploads are working again! but alas now my facebook is being rubbish and not letting me upload. oh well, one bit at a time ay. this was my 'Create Not Hate' project at uni. the aim was to try and portray 'youths' to a creative market in a good light - instead of the knife carrying slashy slashy types that so often steal the limelight from the nice young folk these days! so this was a sort of punk looking creative young female, because its not always 'chavs' that are seen in a bad light, and i thought she was prettier >_< who would you believe it, as shown by the graduation hat - has a bloomin degree!!! who would have thought! pah! ive framed it since but there you go.

bloody bloggers!

stupid stupid blogspot! it wont let me upload anything :( ive tried numerous times now and it sits there for ages saying they are uploading and then goes to one of those horrible pages saying 'internet explorer cannot open this webpage' or whatever. 'possible causes: blogspot is shit' im annoyed obviously. has anyone else encountered this??
